This SupplyBox aims to design and develop a grocery delivery app that caters to the needs of customers, delivery personnel, and vendors. The application will be equipped with a user-friendly interface and provide users with a seamless experience while ensuring the timely delivery of grocery items. Additionally, the SupplyBox aims to create an admin dashboard to manage and monitor all the activities happening within the app.
The traditional method of grocery shopping involves physically visiting the grocery stores, which can be time-consuming and hectic for customers. Additionally, vendors face challenges such as inventory management and handling orders. On the other hand, delivery personnel face difficulties in locating the delivery addresses and delivering orders on time. Therefore, there is a need to develop a new system that addresses these issues and provides a seamless experience to users.
We propose to design and develop a grocery delivery application called 'Supply Box' that includes four different functionalities – An app for delivery personnel, an App for customers, a Vendor dashboard, and an Admin dashboard. The customer app will allow users to place orders, track their orders, and make payments. The delivery personnel app will allow delivery personnel to view delivery requests, navigate to the customer's location, and update the status of the delivery. The vendor dashboard will allow vendors to manage their inventory, handle orders, and view their earnings. The Admin dashboard will allow the admin to manage and monitor all the activities happening within the app, including managing vendors, customers, and delivery personnel, reviewing order history, and resolving complaints.
