Our client, a restaurant owner, wanted to grow their business by offering online food delivery. They wanted to build a website allowing customers to order food online easily, choose their favorite chef's dishes, and book a reservation at the restaurant in advance.
The client's current business model presented several challenges. They were struggling to attract new customers, and their existing customers found it difficult to place orders online. They also wanted to increase revenue by offering reservations at the restaurant, but they didn't have a good system to manage the bookings.
We proposed creating a custom online food delivery app allowing users to easily order food, select their favorite chef's dishes, and make advance restaurant reservations. The app would be feature-rich and user-friendly, emphasizing a seamless user experience.
